My poems have been published in:

I also have a chapbook, Essential Core, published by 3rdness Press.  I have copies for sale for $5 each.  A nice mini-review of the chapbook was published on Canadian poet Rob McLennan’s blog.

I’m featuring some of my newer work here.

Once something else

Out they go or  I go stooped
like brick to a wall   every corner its own small door.

They’re out now.

Lift the lid on the trap   & every isolated thing
spills back onto wet pavement.

I said: “There’s no telling why he planted so oddly:
one (or give or take) more in stranger succession.”

I also wanted to say:
“whose am I”   even though  I know a strike
along cleavage planes aren’t sure predictors.

A ventral Venus with flesh  like rusted venereal surfaces
was how I could lack for everything.

Right here  on this blindspot
was where compulsion happened.

You could not stay away. You laughed beneath negative images.

Then the bottom rotted out
blue as a turned eye
& die-cut.

Just like little shrouds
they were first to appear  when the snow thawed.

Properly  you can only have one  & many other
substitutes for    with each swallowing the whole
& there’s a nothing  there.

dreaming of woolworth’s (after joseph cornell)

exotic jaunt
     static universe
shorn seeker
     gaze affix
dodge burn
     mute assemble
thread spool
     invert ripple
glass mouth

this,
your died utopia-

all pared down
& elegant

to set adrift
your paper
airplane &
fragmented bird surfaces
